1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Social Security numbers or government-issued identification numbers;
- Payment card numbers, bank account details, or financial account credentials (all payment processing is handled by PayPal);
- Biometric data (fingerprints, facial recognition);
- Location data beyond general IP-based geolocation;
- Information from minors under the age of 18.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:

3.1 Encryption

- Password Security: Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt rounds, ensuring they cannot be reverse-engineered;
- Transport Security: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL (HTTPS);
- Session Security: User sessions are managed through encrypted JWT (JSON Web Tokens) with secure, HTTP-only cookies.
3.2 Access Controls
- Role-based access control limits administrative access to authorized personnel only;
- Server-side session validation is performed on every authenticated request;
- Database access is restricted through secure connection protocols and firewall rules.
3.3 Breach Notification

- Payment Processing: PayPal processes subscription and credit pack payments. We share only the minimum information necessary to complete transactions (user reference ID, transaction amount). We do not share your health data with PayPal;
- Infrastructure: Our hosting and database providers maintain the technical infrastructure necessary to operate the Platform. All stored health data remains encrypted.
4.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law or legal obligations;
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Health Intelligence Analyzer, our users, or the public;
- Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security issues, or technical problems.
4.3 Business Transfers

- Transaction Records: Billing and credit transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes;
- Server Logs: Technical server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes, then automatically purged.
