Detailed Feature Guides

1

Click Sign Up on the home page. You can register with your email and a password (minimum 8 characters), or use Sign in with Google for one-click access.

  • Every new account receives 2 free AI analysis credits per month.
  • Your data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM encryption.
2

Create a New Health Profile

After signing in, navigate to Health Profiles in the top navigation bar. Click the "Create New Profile" button to get started. Give your profile a name (e.g., "My Daily Stack" or "Mom's Profile") — you can create multiple profiles for yourself or family members.

3

Fill In Your Sections

Your profile is organized into clearly labeled sections. The more complete your profile, the better your AI analysis will be.

  • Demographics — age, sex, height, weight, ethnicity
  • Medications — name, dosage, frequency, and reason for each
  • Supplements — name, dosage, and frequency
  • Conditions — any diagnosed conditions or health concerns
  • Allergies — medication, food, or environmental allergies
  • Blood Work / Lab Results — enter manually or import from Excel, CSV, or PDF files
  • Lifestyle — exercise, diet, sleep, stress, alcohol, and smoking habits
4

Scan Medication & Vitamin Labels (No Typing!)

In the Medications and Supplements sections, tap the Scan Label button to add items instantly with your camera. On your phone, it opens the camera so you can snap a photo of the bottle, box, or label; on a computer you can upload a saved photo. The AI reads the label and automatically fills in the name, dosage, and frequency for you.

  • Works for both prescription medications and over-the-counter vitamins/supplements.
  • Snap one label at a time for the most accurate results — scanned items are added to your existing list, so nothing gets overwritten.
  • You can edit any scanned item afterward if you want to adjust a dose or add notes.
  • For best results, use a clear, well-lit photo where the label text is in focus.
5

Save Your Profile

Click Save Profile at the bottom of the page. Your completion percentage will update on the dashboard. You can come back and edit your profile anytime — or create additional profiles to track different supplement stacks, family members, or health scenarios.
